The center piece has ornamental pattern and bell dangles with bells that don't make a bell sound. Only the sound from moving the parts, without a jingle from the bells. This pair comes with some patina. However the center part comes out wonderfully. These earrings just look gorgeous when worn! A real statement piece indeed! Measurements are: Total
