Pair this juicy and delicious organic fresh red with risotto, spicy sausage pasta with broccoli rabe and fresh garlic, or just some hard aged cheese. Ask Jacob about his late night (1 AM!) dinner after the broken bus incident of the Summer of 2018 suffice it to say, this Domaine was a lovely end to a long day!
