Made from white Italian brass, these ear cuffs are lead, nickel and cadmium free. Simply pop the cuff around the helix area of the ear and gently squeeze the cuff together firmly holding the jewellery in place. The cuff should feel snug on the ear but still able to slide off if needed. If you need to adjust the ear cuff, we recommend removing it from the ear to do so. Like all
