Today, just as sixty five years ago, only the very best black Sour cherries are carefully selected, stoned and sweetened. They are ideal as a garnish for desserts, cakes and semifreddi (ice cream cakes) or to create very special ice creams, milkshakes and water ices. Once the cherries are finished, it is possible to use the syrup for thirst quenching long drinks, ice lollies, water ices and
