The head is furnished with a half carat natural sapphire within a halo of old Euro diamond "petals". The principal stone is set in millegrain platinum, and the shoulders are each set with a further diamond accent. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with platinum settings and an openworked gallery to allow light in behind the stones. STONES Natural Blue Sapphire .
