Orange blossom nectarine cantaloupe gripping Hand harvested whole grape bunches spend 30 days in concrete cubes undergoing a traditional carbonic maceration alongside a small portion fermented on skins. Following a spontaneous fermentation, the juice spends ten months resting on its fine lees across seasoned oak barrels and steel tanks to develop a complex, textured grip.
