Clos Fornelli Vin de Corse Rosé, 2025 amber lager unfiltered fermented with native yeasts100% Sciaccarellu. Organically farmed property on the eastern edge of Corsica overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nights in the east are typically cooler thanks to the Castagniccia mountains rising from the sea, shortening sun exposure and thus preserving freshness and aromatics in the wines. Bright red berry fruit and savory fresh herbs abound. Pair with a salmon burger off the grill on a fresh English muffin, lemon aioli, and watercress.
