Norse Goddess Freya Statue Taffeta 5-3/8" wideThis is a beautiful sculpture of the Norse goddess Freya (or Freyja in old Norse). Freya was associated with love, beauty, fertility, and war (in other words, not somebody you want to forget on Valentines Day). Looking ravishing and intimidating all at the same time, she is replete with warrior accouterments and displays her necklace Brisingamen (gleaming or sunny torc). At her feet sits a cat; she rode a chariot pulled by two such felines. Made of
