Featuring a lace hem, which is crafted using one of the last antique lace machines in the world. We love styling the Harriet Bloomers under dresses to add volume and extra coverage, especially when the lace hem is still visible. Crafted from a semi transparent silky soft cotton voile. Fabric 100%
