50’s Leather Ruffle Top Handle Bag by Ingber 1920s bag • Scoop / boatneck1950's Ingber handbag, with butter soft leather, exquiste faille lining. This is a wonderful bag with gathers and bakelite trim. The inside is divided in the middle by a section that closes with an oversized gold rose clasp and there are two open side sections.
