Displaying wonderful hallmarks of 80s design seen in the flamboyant peplum waist and shimmering silver lurex cloth it has a streamlined silhouette that makes it highly wearable today. It has a halter top and high neckline. The fitted top gives way to a nipped in waist and then flares out over the hips, and at the back falls in two petals. The top is fully lined in
